Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007066228A2] According to the invention, a arrangement for connection of a composite pillar (1) to a beam (9, 10) of a building frame, wherein the composite pillar (1) comprises at least one vertical steel support (2) and an envelope (3) made from steel arranged all around the steel support (2) at least in the region of the connection and wherein the cavity (4) between the steel support (2) and envelope (3) is filled with a filling material such as concrete and building frame with such an arrangement with economical static load transmission (9, 10) from the beam to the composite pillar may be achieved by fixing at least one connector element (6) to the steel support (2), running between the steel support and the envelope (3) with an opening (11) in the envelope in the region of the connector element (6) through which the beam (9, 10) can be connected to the steel support.
