[origin: EP1932680A1] Tamper-proof safety element has an optical diffraction effective structure and is applied on the magnetic coating. The optical diffraction active structure is brought into a radiation-hardened varnish layer. The varnish layer is provided with electrostatic effective substances at the surface. The electrostatic effective substances are quaternary ammonium salts, indium tin oxide, metal ions or metal complexes on lithium, silver or copper base. The radiation hardened varnish layer is assembled on base of polyester-,epoxy- or polyurethane systems and contains one or multiple photoinitators.
