Abstract (en)
The method involves installing a container i.e. cylindrical or conical jar, comprising two juxtaposed chambers (2, 3) separated by a partition (4), where the partition is pierced with an orifice (10) that is hermetically sealed by a membrane seal (5). Solid food e.g. meat, product (8) is completely closed in the chambers, where the chamber (3), which does not contain the food product, has volume equal to that of liquid e.g. preservation juice, of the food product. An independent claim is also included for a container for food product.

Procédé pour le conditionnement d'un produit alimentaire (8-9) comprenant un aliment solide (8) dans un liquide (9), selon lequel on met en en oeuvre un récipient comprenant deux chambres juxtaposées (2, 3), séparées par une cloison (4) qui est percée d'au moins un orifice (10) obturé hermétiquement par un opercule amovible (5) et on enferme la totalité du produit alimentaire (8-9) dans une (2) des deux chambres.
