Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007033979A1] The invention relates to an arrangement of a filter bag (7) in an electric vacuum cleaner (1) which is provided with a nozzle (14) that protrudes into the filter bag (7). The filter bag (7) comprises a flap (11) which swivels into the interior of the filter bag through the protruding nozzle (14). In order to further improve an arrangement of said type particularly regarding the cooperation between the nozzle and the flap of the filter bag, the basic contour of the nozzle (14) is adapted to the size of the swiveling axis (y) of the flap (11) in the area of the nozzle (14) that cooperates with the flap (11).
