[origin: WO2007042641A1] The invention concerns a luminescence imaging device comprising: a scene receiving a sample (2) emitting a luminescence information, a light source (8) illuminating the scene, an electronic control unit defining time frames, a combined light signal corresponding to a combination of the luminescence information and the reflection of the illumination by the sample. During each time frame, the sensing device (9) acquires both the first data concerning the luminescence information and a second data concerning the second light signal.
