Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1935279A1] The applicator has a rigid core (11) extending along length of a rigid rod (8) and fixed to the rod in a monolithic manner. An external envelope (12) e.g. hexagonal shaped envelope, has a fixing zone (200) and an application zone (100), and defines an internal cavity (14) for inserting the core. The envelope is made of soft and flexible material, and fixed to an end of the rod by the fixing zone, and is relatively free at the core. The fixing zone is fixed with the rod and the core on a part of the application zone such that the fixing zone is placed between the rod and the core. An independent claim is also included a method for manufacturing an applicator for applying a product on a keratin material.
