[origin: DE202006019435U1] The device has partial web of materials-rolls (4) supported in winding stations (15), where each winding station has two reeling stands (16.1, 16.2) that are arranged parallel to each other. A guide head (17) is arranged at each of the two reeling stands, where the guide head is retractable in a winding core (3). The guide head is connected with a rotary drive (18), and movable radially to a central roller (5). A conductor line (20) is provided for electrical supply to the rotary drive of the guide head.
