The device (1) has a removal suction roller (5), and a transmissive removal band (7) guided over a circumferential region (6). A fibrous material web (4) lies on a transmissive band and is provided at the circumferential region. The removal band is tangentially directed in a helix angle. The removal band removes the material web in a region of direction of the transmissive band. The roller is guided over a contact region (8) exhibiting a contact angle. The removal band and the fibrous material web are guided by the contact angle, which exhibits a value of less than or equal to 25 degree.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abnahmeeinrichtung (1) für eine mindestens ein durchlässiges Band (3) zur Formation und/oder Entwässerung einer zu bildenden Faserstoffbahn (4), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, aufweisende Sektion (2) einer Maschine, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonmaschine, mit einer Abnahmesaugwalze (5), über deren Umfangsbereich (6) ein durchlässiges Abnahmeband (7) geführt ist und an deren Umfangsbereich (6) die auf dem Band (3) aufliegende Faserstoffbahn (4) das Abnahmeband (7) unter einem Schrägungswinkel (Y) berührend vorbeigeführt ist, wobei das Abnahmeband (7) die Faserstoffbahn (4) im Bereich der Vorbeiführung von dem Band (3) abnimmt, über einen einen Umschlingungswinkel (±) aufweisenden Umschlingungsbereich (8) der Abnahmesaugwalze (5) führt und anschließend in eine nachfolgende Sektion (9) der Maschine überführt. Die erfindungsgemäße Abnahmeeinrichtung (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschlingungswinkel (±) des Umschlingungsbereichs (8), über den das Abnahmeband (7) die von dem Band (3) abgenommene Faserstoffbahn (4) führt, einen Wert ‰ 40°, vorzugsweise ‰ 30°, insbesondere ‰ 25°, aufweist.
