[origin: EP1936284A2] The inner panel (12) and outer panel (14) of each vapor-collecting canopy (4) are fixed relative to each other in a mounted position by at least one fastening device. A portion of the inner panel and the outer panel are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the vapor-collecting surface (12.1) of the inner panel to form an accommodation space (20) for circuitry elements of the exhaust hood.
