[origin: EP1936311A1] Rectangular profiled heat-transferring plates are confined by arched head parts (6,7) with holes (8,9) in their centers and welded to pairs of plates on a periphery. On the holes, the pairs of plates are welded to a welded stack of plates. In one of these stacks there is a filler (29,29a) inserted, which covers the length of the inner surfaces of parallel side parts (23,23a). In a casing's (1) in- and outflow areas, the filler is covered with a deflective metal sheet (30).
