Abstract (en)
The sealing element (10) has a slot (12) that is extended, by the sealing element, for receiving a flat conductor. The slot is defined by an elastically ductile material in such a manner that the surfaces of the elastically ductile material are lying on one another during non mounting of flat conductor. The elastically ductile material has an elastomer material, e.g. a rubber or a silicone. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a sealing element, which involves inserting flat conductor into an area wise wedge-shaped inlet guide.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtelement (10) mit wenigstens einem sich durch das Dichtelement hindurch erstreckenden Schlitz (12) zur Aufnahme eines Flachleiters, wobei der Schlitz durch ein elastisch verformbares Material derart definiert ist, dass den Schlitz begrenzende Oberflachen des elastisch verformbaren Materials bei nicht aufgenommenem Flachleiter aneinander anliegen.
