[origin: FR2892124A1] Plasticized thermoplastic PVC resin composition to form a skin layer or a composite structure on an external surface comprises: PVC resins (40-60 wt.%) having a Kwert value of 50-80; plasticizers (30-50 wt.%) such as natural polymeric or heavy monomeric plasticizer; and additives (1-20 wt.%) e.g. pigments, fillers, stabilizers, antioxidants, implemented additives or lubricants. An independent claim is included for a preparing the composite skin on automobile vehicle interior, comprising depositing the flooring in a mold followed by depositing a layer of the by slush molding.
