[origin: EP1939054A2] The device (1) has an electrical drive motor (2) movement-coupled with a wiper shaft (10) over a repeater (4), and a wiper arm (12) held at the shaft, where the wiper shaft is rotary supported around a rotation axis (11). The wiper shaft is pivotably supported around a pivot axis (15), where the pivot axis and the rotation axis of the wiper shaft are located to each other at an angle. The wiper shaft of an actuator is subjectable around the pivot axis. The pivot-movement of the shaft is kinematically coupled around the pivot axis with the rotation movement around the rotation axis.
