[origin: EP1939527A1] The plug (1) has a metallic housing (3), and a metallic glow pipe (2) partially projecting from the housing. A ceramic heating unit is arranged in an interior (11) of the glow pipe, where the heating unit is directly connected with the glow pipe using a retaining unit (15) and is directly connected with a glow supply line (6) using another retaining unit (16). The interior of the glow pipe is closed in a gas-tight manner, and a victim material is provided in the interior and serves for binding water and/or oxygen, where victim layers are made of the victim material.
