Abstract (en)
The pliers have transversely retaining and retained branches with respective jaws, where one branch has a slot with gripping units e.g. crest (66) and trough (70). The gripping units are arranged such that a pinion (38) of an articulation joint is moved axially beyond an axial position from another position following an axis of the slot to a third axial position between the engaging units. The pinion of the joint is moved around an axis (Z-Z) for arranging the gripping units at equal distances in the former position along the axis of the slot to adjust a position of the pinion in the slot.

La pince multiprise entrepassée comprend une branche entrepassante, une branche entrepassée, et un joint d'articulation, une branche comportant une lumière allongée pourvue de premiers moyens de prise (66, 70) présentant un pas p , le joint étant disposé sur l'autre branche et présentant des seconds moyens de prise, le joint étant axialement mobile entre une première position bloquant toute translation entre les branches, et une deuxième position axiale permettant une translation. Les premiers (66, 70) et seconds moyens de prise sont agencés de sorte que, à partir d'une première position de prise entre les premiers (66, 70) et seconds moyens de prise, le joint est mobile axialement au-delà de la seconde position axiale jusqu'à une troisième position axiale, et mobile alors en rotation autour de son axe (Z-Z), pour amener les premiers et seconds moyens de prise à venir en prise dans une seconde position de prise permettant de régler, par des distances égales à une fraction prédéterminée du pas p , la position du joint dans la lumière.
