Abstract (en)

The method involves delivering a fibrous suspension (S) using material pumps (9, 10) by pressure increased for a process step. A part of the fibrous suspension subjected to increased pressure is derived as branch currents (19, 20) and is reduced to another pressure that is suitable for another process step. The latter pressure is reduced by turbines (5, 6), which uses mechanical power output that occurs during the pressure reduction. The mechanical power output is converted into electric current and is used for mechanical operation of rotors of the pumps.

Das Verfahren dient zur Förderung einer Faserstoffsuspension und wird insbesondere im Konstanten Teil einer Papier- oder Kartonmaschine (2) vor einem Stoffauflauf (1) angewendet. Dabei wird in der Faserstoffsuspension (S) mit mindestens einer Stoffpumpe (9, 10) der Druck erhöht, z.B. um die Anforderungen im Stoffauflauf erfüllen zu können. Ein Teil der unter erhöhtem Druck stehenden Faserstoffsuspension (S) wird mittels einer Turbine (5, 6) auf einen für einen anderen Prozessschritt geeigneten Druck reduziert. Dadurch kann ein Teil der Energie zurück gewonnen werden.
