Abstract (en)
The objects of the invention are achieved through use of a reinforcing system comprising a reinforcing member in the form of a two-arm closed-line longitudinal element, the two arms longitudinally extending along lines above and below said fixing hole The upper arm of said reinforcing member is aimed at resisting expanding forces by means of an extensible and high tensile strength structure provided.
