[origin: WO2007054497A1] From the perspective of a contracting party of a user of a mobile terminal, it is not always desirable that the mobile terminal establishes network access, for example, via WLAN or related technologies. According to the prior art, it is impossible to establish communication with the mobile terminal when said terminal has selected the WLAN access. The present invention exploits the fact that, in the future, communication via the Internet protocol will be possible via networks which are different from, for example, the GSM or UMTS standard. According to the invention, a central point (12) establishes communication with the mobile terminal (10), receives information on the network access established by the mobile terminal and, optionally, transmits information to said mobile terminal via the Internet protocol, said information causing the mobile terminal to change its network access application.
