[origin: EP1946675A1] The device (1) has two fastening mechanisms (4, 7) for attachment of the device to respective retaining elements (17, 25), and a traction-loadable connection element (8) with a longitudinal direction (L), where the connection element connects the fastening mechanisms. The connection element is supported by an adapter against one of the two fastening mechanisms, where the connection element has a steel core. The adapter is designed as an end sleeve (12) or as a tube jointing sleeve (14).
