[origin: EP1947252A2] Shower arrangement comprises a fixed housing (1), a shower arm (8, 9, 10) with a shower head fixed to the housing and a drive unit for moving the shower arm from an inactive position into the active position. Preferred Features: The drive unit has a spring which is tensioned in the inactive position by pulling back the shower arm. The drive unit is activated by water pressure. A damping unit dampens the movement of the shower arm.
