[origin: WO2007057772A2] A heating apparatus, in particular a boiler for domestic use, has a pre-mix system (10, 20), prearranged for supplying a pre-mix burner (5) with a mixture formed by combustion air and combustible gas. The pre-mix system comprises a fan assembly (10) and a control valve (20) for supply of the gas, and integrates means for detecting a condition of at least partial obstruction of a path for supply of the combustion air (3) and/or of a path for discharge (31) of the combustion fumes produced by the burner.
