[origin: EP1949811A2] The strap (2) has two side strips (6) separately running over a part of a length of the strap, and a coupling device (8) for removably coupling with the fixed part that is provided at free ends of the side strips. The side strips are laterally stretched out at right angles to the length of the strap and moved against a spring action. A covering band (19) bridges a gap (20) between the side strips of the strap.
