Thee device has a water reserve from which water flows until a water tank, where the water impregnates a foam soaking in the tank. Water distribution pipes (14A, 14B) supply water to two separate compartments (18A, 18B) of the tank from two isolated compartments (12A, 12B) of the reserve for defining two different water levels for the compartments of the reserve and two different heights in the compartments of the tank.

Dispositif d'alimentation en eau d'un mouilleur de rabats d'enveloppes intégré à une machine de traitement de courrier comportant une réserve d'eau (10) de laquelle s'écoule jusqu'à un réservoir d'eau (18), une quantité d'eau destinée à imprégner une mousse (16) trempant dans ledit réservoir d'eau, le dispositif comportant deux circuits distincts d'alimentation en eau (12A, 14A, 18A ;12B, 14B, 18B) assurant une alimentation en eau séparée de deux compartiments séparés (18A, 18B) du réservoir d'eau depuis deux compartiments isolés (12A, 12B) de la réserve d'eau de façon à définir deux niveaux d'eau distincts pour les deux compartiments isolés de la réserve d'eau et donc de définir deux hauteurs d'eau différentes dans les deux compartiments séparés correspondants du réservoir d'eau.
