Abstract (en)
An air conditioner is disclosed. The present invention is suitable for performing efficient heat exchange of indoor air by opening/closing a plurality of air inlets via a front panel moving back and forth, blowing the heat-exchanged air upward and downward by reducing passage resistance, facilitating filter exchange, and preventing safety accident. The present invention includes a case provided with a heat exchanger and a blowing fan, a front panel provided in front of the case to open/close an air inlet by moving, an air outlet provided to a top and/or a bottom of the case, and an opening/closing guide provided to the front panel to guide an upward/downward rotational motion of the front panel.
