Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1952985A2] The method involves detecting an image of a subarea of a surface of a carrier plate (1), and superimposing the image with a presettable image of a subarea of a stamping or punching tool with the representation of the given position of a block (2). The block is moved on a surface of the carrier plate until the current position of the block coincides with a target position. The block is fastened on the carrier plate, and an actual picture (10) is detected by an electronic camera (7). An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for positioning a block on a carrier plate of a stamping or a punching tool.
