Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1952986A1] The combination has a lighting unit setting up, adjusting and/or controlling a printed product processing apparatus (1). A set of light sources e.g. LED, directed towards a processing area (A) of the apparatus is controllable to selectively generate continuous light or flashing light synchronized with a processing cycle of the apparatus. A control unit (2) coupled to the lighting unit controls the light sources, where the synchronized flashing light is controlled to produce a chronological sequence of light flashes within an operating cycle.
