Abstract (en)
The reed (101) has a row of splits (105) rigidly assembled between them and with a filament yarn (103) that is monoblock, where the filament yarn has a U shaped transversal section. An end (151) of each split is received in the filament yarn. The filament yarn has internal grooves (139) arranged on U shaped arms (131A, 131B) perpendicular with respect to a longitudinal axis (X103) of the filament yarn, where each groove has a V shaped transversal section. The end is laterally inserted in the grooves, where the reed is made of an adhesive which connects the end with the filament yarn. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a loom reed.

Ce peigne (101) de métier à tisser comprend au moins un profilé (103) à section transversale en U et une rangée de dents (105) orientées transversalement par rapport au profilé. Une extrémité (151, 155) de chaque dent est reçue dans le profilé (103), qui comporte des rainures internes (139) ménagées sur au moins une des deux branches (131A, 131B) du U, transversalement par rapport à un axe longitudinal (X 103 ) du profilé. L'extrémité (151, 155) de chaque dent (105) est insérée latéralement dans au moins une rainure (139) du profilé (103) et le peigne (101) comprend un matériau adhésif qui solidarise l'extrémité (151, 155) de chaque dent (105) avec le profilé (103). La profondeur des rainures (139) et le pas d'écartement entre les rainures (139) peuvent varier le long du profilé (103).
