[origin: EP1953393A2] The assembly i.e. oscillating motor (1) has a cylinder with axially running ribs that are closed at one side by two covers (11). Vanes of a motor shaft and the ribs form individual working chambers (17) in cooperation with the cylinder, the covers and the shaft. A connection system pair-wisely connects the working chambers, which are connected with a fluid medium supply. A pressure compensation element (37) is formed by a compensation chamber, which is subdivided by a movable separating element (41). Sections (39a, 39b) of the compensation chamber are connected with the working chambers.
