[origin: WO2007053054A1] The invention relates to sports training devices and can be used for training a volleyball spike-motion. The inventive device comprises a bearing frame, a ball and a unit for returning the ball to the initial position thereof which is provided with an elastic spreader connected to the frame by one end thereof, a rod whose one end is fixed to the frame in such a way that it has at least two degrees of freedom, whereas the second end is connected to the ball and the second end of the spreader is connected to the rod. The frame is also provided with the rod-arresting unit. Said device enables the ball to be moved along an arc of a circle, thereby increasing the quality of the spike-motion training.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Einüben der Schlagbewegungen der Sportler mit einem Tragrahmen, einem Ball und einer Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls in die Ausgangsstellung. Die Rückführungseinheit weist einen federnden Spanndraht auf, der mit seinem einen Ende mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist. In der Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls ist ein Stab eingebaut. Das eine Ende des Stabs ist am Rahmen befestigt und zwar derart, dass mindestens zwei Bewegungsfreiheitsgrade sichergestellt werden. Das andere Ende des Stabs ist mit dem Ball verbunden, wobei das andere Ende des Spanndrahts mit dem Stab gekoppelt ist.
