[origin: EP1955832A1] The tool has an elongated cutting blade (102) fixed to a bar (100) by a transition zone (101). The blade includes a longitudinal cutting edge (103), and defines a longitudinal cutting plane perpendicular to a cross-section plane of the bar. A notch (104) is formed in a part in the blade's cutting edge. A notch (105) is formed in a longitudinal edge (106) of the blade, where the edge (106) is diametrically opposite to the cutting edge that is moved with respect to the notch (104) according to a longitudinal axis of the blade and towards a distal free end of the blade.
