Abstract (en)
The pedal (2) has a pedal arm (3) forming two end portions (31, 32), and an intermediate portion (32) providing connection between the end portions. The intermediate portion is made of a thermoplastic elastomer base material such that the intermediate portion is deformed in flexion from a predetermined threshold effort applied to an end of the arm. The end portion (31) swivels around an articulation axle (22). The end portion (32) carries a spring seat (23).

L'invention se rapport à une pédale (2) de commande d'un organe fonctionnel, notamment pour véhicule automobile, comportant un bras de pédale (3). Selon l'invention, le bras de pédale (3) est formé de deux portions d'extrémité (31, 33) et d'une portion intermédiaire (32) formée dans un matériau adapté pour que, à partir d'un effort seuil (Es) prédéterminé appliqué à une extrémité du bras de pédale (3), seule la portion intermédiaire (32) se déforme en flexion. L'invention trouve application notamment dans les pédales d'accélérateur et d'embrayage pour véhicule automobile.
