Abstract (en)

The method involves isolating a material web (6) in a strip. The remainder web is led away to a drying cylinder (32) that serves as removal drying cylinder, so that the remainder web is led through the entire dry end (2), and the material web is broadly driven. The remainder web is led away according to the drying cylinder (32). The remainder web is lead away between the drying cylinder (32) and a drying cylinder (33). An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a material web.

Verfahren zum Überführen einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papierbahn (6), von einer Pressenpartie zu einer Trockenpartie (2), insbesondere in einer Papiermaschine oder dergleichen, bei welchem die Materialbahn (6) in einen Streifen und eine Restbahn aufgetrennt, die Restbahn nach einem als Abnahmetrockenzylinder dienenden Trockenzylinder (3 2 ) weggeführt und zunächst nur der so abgetrennte Streifen durch die gesamte Trockenpartie (2) geführt und dann die Materialbahn (6) breit gefahren wird, wobei zur Reduzierung des Bahnzugs das Wegführen der Restbahn erst nach dem zweiten Trockenzylinder (3 2 ) erfolgt sowie entsprechende Vorrichtung.
