Abstract (en)
The assembly (20) has an outside and inside door panels with a non-opaque pane. The inside door panel is located closer to an oven cavity (18) of an oven (10) than the outside door panel. A middle non-opaque pane is supported to intermediate the non-opaque pane of the outside and inside door panels. The outside and inside door panels and middle non-opaque pane are oriented to one another such that the interior of the cavity of the oven can be viewed from outside of the oven. A shield is fitted to the middle non-opaque pane to thaw the heat away from the middle non-opaque pane.

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Backofentüranordnung, die eine Zugangsöffnung zu einem Ofenraum des Ofens selektiv schließt und den Zugang zu dieser Öffnung gestattet. Die Ofentüranordnung beinhaltet eine äußere Türplatte mit einer nicht opaken Scheibe, eine innere Türplatte mit einer nicht opaken Scheibe, wobei die innere Türplatte näher zum Ofenraum angeordnet ist als die äußere Türplatte, und eine mittlere nicht opake Scheibe sowie einen Schild, der relativ zur mittleren nicht opaken Scheibe angebracht ist und die Wärme von der mittleren nicht opaken Scheibe wegführt.
