[origin: DE102005052156A1] The method involves a basic grid designed on the maximal color quantity. The impression of the basic grid of the gravure blank shape are simultaneously filled with a filling material by an applicator for forming printing block in the filling process, then in an artwork process the filling material is pictorially removed by thermal ablation by means of a pixel-transmitting device from the impressions. The pictorially grid gravure is dyed and then printed in the gravure. Independent claims are included for following: (1) Device for gravure print by means of detachable and reusable gravure cylinder; (2) Method for manufacturing of basic grid; and (3) Filling material for filling of basic grid.
