Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007065912A1] In order to provide a bushing (1) for energy distribution and transmission having an insulating body (3) in which a high-voltage contact bolt (2) is at least partially embedded, and having a flange (7), which is connected to the insulating body (3), for fixing the bushing (1) in a through-opening of a container wall at ground potential, which bushing can be produced in a cost-effective manner and at the same time provides the required dielectric strength, the invention proposes that the insulating body (3) has an inner wall region (4), which, owing to the injection-molding, bears flat against the high-voltage contact bolts, and an outer wall region (5), which is connected to the flange (7) and is connected to the inner wall region (4) via a connecting section (6), wherein the outer wall region (5) extends from the flange (7) to the connecting section (6) in a forward direction and the inner wall region (4) extends from the connecting section to the flange (7) in a rearward direction, with the result that a cavity is formed which is delimited by the inner wall region, the outer wall region and the connecting section and which is open on one side towards the flange.
