[origin: EP1958533A1] The device has a grip element (1) for handling by the user and an a application element (5). A holder (2) is attached at the grip element. The holder and the application element are loaded in a housing (11) which is connected with the grip element in a detachable manner. The housing contains the cosmetic material (13) in a firm manner. The grip element is connected with the housing in a detachable manner to produce a tilting of the grip element by subjection to force of the grip element.
