Abstract (en)
The device has a closing plate (25), which is provided with a sealing joint (27), arranged above a plate (13). The plate (25) is provided with a positioning unit (33) that is arranged for passing the plate (25) from the inactive position to active position where the sealing joint is continuously applied on lateral uprights (5, 7) and on upper side (35) of the plate in inactive position. A closing unit acting on the positioning unit is arranged from an internal side of the plate (25), where unit acts from inside and outside of an opening (3).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection (1) d'une ouverture contre les inondations, cette ouverture (3) étant délimitée par deux montants latéraux (5,7) et un soubassement (9). Le dispositif (1) comprend une première plaque d'obturation (13) munie d'un joint d'étanchéité (15,17), de moyens de positionnement (21) agencés pour passer la plaque d'une position inactive à une position active, et des moyens de fermeture (23) aptes à agir sur les moyens de positionnement (21) agencés du coté interne (19) de la plaque (13) et actionnables depuis l'intérieur de l'ouverture. Le dispositif comprend également une seconde plaque d'obturation (25) munie d'un joint d'étanchéité (27,29) agencé au dessus de la première plaque (13). Cette seconde plaque (25) est munie de moyens de positionnement (33) agencés pour passer ladite seconde plaque d'une position inactive à une position active, et des moyens de fermeture (37) aptes à agir sur les moyens de positionnement (33) agencés du coté interne (31) de la seconde plaque et actionnables de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur de l'ouverture.
