Abstract (en)
The baking oven (1) has a microwave device and a guiding system for front-sided guiding of operating heat from an area of microwave generators (9, 10) and moisture from a combustion chamber. The guiding system is formed by a blower (15) and a guiding channel. The blower serves for ventilation of the generators at a pressure side and a suction side and ventilation of a cooking chamber (6) in the pressure side. Another blower (16) is attached to the cooking chamber at the suction side and the surrounding chamber.

Der Backofen (1) besitzt eine Mikrowelleneinrichtung (9/10) und fakultativ eine thermische Heizeinrichtung, sowie ein Lüftungssystem mit Gebläsen (15, 16) und Lüftungskanälen zur Abführung der Betriebswärme aus dem Bereich des Mikrowellengenerators (9/10) und von Wrasen aus dem Garraum (6). Erfindungsgemäß ist ein erstes Gebläse (16) saugseitig an eine Einlassöffnung (19) an der Ofenfrontseite angeschlossen und dient druckseitig und/oder saugseitig der Belüftung des Mikrowellengenerators (9/10) und druckseitig der Belüftung des Garraumes (6). Ferner ist ein zweites Gebläse (15) vorgesehen, das saugseitig an den Garraum (6) strömungstechnisch angeschlossen ist, wobei schließlich wenigstens das zweite Gebläse (15) druckseitig in einen Lüftungskanal einmündet, der zumindest zu einer Ausblasöffnung an der Ofenfrontseite führt.
