Abstract (en)
The device has an armor plate (1) positioned at the exterior of a vehicle. Pivoting arms (2) displaces the armor plate from a passive position, in which the field of vision of an observation screen (7) is totally free, and a protection position. The plate's passive position corresponds to a position of the plate against an external wall (9) or glacis of the vehicle, and below or in front of the observation screen. The plate has a lower part (6) cooperating with rails (3) so as to be in constant contact with the external wall during the displacement of the plate.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de protection d'une paroi (7) d'observation d'un véhicule. Ce dispositif comporte une plaque de blindage (1) disposée à l'extérieur du véhicule et des bras pivotants (2) assurant le déplacement de la plaque de blindage (1) entre une position passive laissant le champ de vision totalement libre et une ou plusieurs positions de protection.
