The goods retraction device (10) has a chamber (12) for accommodating the goods (16). A terminal fastener (20) is provided below the chamber. A sensor (38) is provided at the contour of the goods. A guidance mechanism (36) is designed as down pipe (46) for the goods. The contour or the availability of the good detected by another sensor (52) is provided in the area of the end of the down pipe.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Warenrücknahmevorrichtung (10) mit einer die Ware (16) aufnehmenden Kammer (12), einem die Kammer (12) nach unten abschließenden ersten Verschluss (20), einer sich an den ersten Verschluss (20) anschließenden, die Ware (16) lenkenden Leiteinrichtung (36) und Mittel (42) zum Erfassen von die Ware (16) charakterisierenden Daten, wobei ein die Kontur der Ware (16) erfassender dritter Sensor (38) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Leiteinrichtung (36) als Fallrohr (46) für die Ware (16) ausgebildet ist und dass im Bereich des Endes (44) des Fallrohrs (46) ein die Kontur oder das Vorhandensein der Ware (16) erfassender vierter Sensor (52) vorgesehen ist.
