Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007045054A1] The invention relates to a device (10) comprising a pouring tube (17) which can raised once a sealing cap (13) has been opened and which can then be lowered along with the cap in order to seal the container such as to preserve the remainder of the drink for later consumption. According to the invention, a locking device (18, 19), which breaks when the cap is first opened, informs the buyer or consumer that the container is intact or, on the contrary, that it has been opened. The security closure device always maintains the pouring tube in a food-grade hygienic condition and the contents of the container free of any impurities or external contamination. The inventive thin device is fixed simply to the top of any standard container and, in particular, to any carton made from cardboard or a similar material.
