[origin: WO2007068442A1] The invention relates to a modular platform comprising grid-like deck slabs which are laid over a cavity and which are prefabricated as precast concrete parts, the precast concrete parts are provided with a reinforcement somewhat above the centre of the thickness of the deck slab, the reinforcement substantially covers a pipe system for conveying a heat-transfer medium, and the pipe system is laid in horizontal loops or in meanders within the slab, wherein feed and return connection elements of the pipe system are arranged at always the same point on the deck slab. The platform can also be used as a solar heat collector.
