Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007061362A1] A link mechanism for a reversible window, door or the like, which window or the like is pivotal around an essentially- horizontal axis. The link mechanism comprises a first (10), a second (20) and a third (30) link arm. The first link arm is pivotally connectable to the frame (1) at a first fulcrum (11) and the second link arm is pivotally connectable to the frame at a second fulcrum (21). The third link arm is pivotally connected to the first and second link arms at a third (31) and fourth (32) fulcrum respectively. The third link arm is further pivotally connectable to the sash (2) at a fifth (33) fulcrum. The second (21), third (31) and fourth (32) fulcrums are arranged below the fifth (33) fulcrum and the first (11) fulcrum is arranged above the fifth (33) fulcrum during the entire length of stroke of the link mechanism.
