The wall or window hanging has a vertically suspended narrow material strip (2), which is mounted with its upper edge (1') to a fixed retaining organ. The material strip passage opening (7) has a threading slot (8), where its width is smaller than the width of the narrow material strip and larger than the material thickness of the material strip. An independent claim is also included for a decoration part for a wall or a window hanging.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wand- oder Fensterbehang, aufweisend einen vertikal herabhängenden schmalen Stoffstreifen (1, 2), welcher mit seinem oberen Rand (1', 2') an einem ortsfesten Halteorgan (3) befestigt ist, wobei auf dem Zwischenabschnitt (1", 2") zwischen oberem Rand (1', 2') und unterem Rand (1'", 2'") ein Dekorationskörper (4, 5, 6) befestigt ist, welcher eine Stoffstreifendurchtrittsöffnung (7) aufweist, durch welche zumindest ein Abschnitt des schmalen Stoffstreifens (1, 2) ragt. Zur Vereinfachung der Montage bzw. Drehmontage, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Stoffstreifendurchtrittsöffnung (7) einen Einfädelungsschlitz (8) aufweist, dessen Breite geringer ist als die Breite des schmalen Stoffstreifens (1, 2), aber größer als die Materialstärke des Stoffstreifens (1, 2).
