Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1961362A2] The method involves blowing ambient air directly into a drying channel during a drying phase, and blowing air into a blowing-out opening through the drying channel. The ambient air is blown using an additional blower directly into the drying channel and is blown out through the blowing-out opening, during an operating state other than the drying phase, while a dishwasher (2) is switched on and a main blower (18) is switched off. An independent claim is also included for a dishwasher in the form of a batch dishwasher.
