[origin: EP1961502A2] The method involves determining and storing additionally the leg length and the leg length change of the workpiece (20) for different bending angles and computing and storing on the recorded and computed value of the K-factor for the workpiece. The leg length and the leg length change are computed and stored on the internal bending radius. An independent claim is also included for a bending device for bending the workpiece.
