Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1961962A2] The base has a housing, and a coupling part (2) for a motor, an outlet pipe connection and closable cleaning connecting pieces that are designed on an outer side of the housing. A backflow preventer in a form of a ball (4) and a sealing hub (8) for the ball are arranged on an inner side of the housing. The ball is guided into a retainer (3) for vertical movements, and the sealing hub is horizontally designed at a lower end of the ball.
