[origin: DE102007008737B3] The device has an ear hook (12) fixed at a hearing device housing (10) and serving for fastening of the device at an ear of a wearer of the device. The hearing device housing has a sound output tube (11) fixed in a sound opening (13) in the ear hook. The hearing device housing and the ear hook are detachably fastened to each other by a magnetic connection in an axial direction with respect to the sound output unit. The magnetic connection is realized with a ring magnet (14), which is arranged at an edge of the opening or at the sound output tube.
