[origin: WO2007073343A1] The present invention relates to a system of laparoscopic instruments that provides the possibility of an effective and fast laparoscopic/endoscopic suturing method in order to facilitate 5 laparoscopic/endoscopic operation. The system consists of the following main parts: a novel, specially made laparoscopic instrument that in one end has a specially made needle through which a thread can be fed; a novel, specially made laparoscopic instrument that in one end has a specially made needle that has the capability of receiving and holding 10 the end of the thread, a novel, special clips machine and a new clip; a novel thread feeder, eventually integrated in a forceps; and specially made double forceps.
