Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007068228A1] The invention provides a plate link chain for, in particular, a vehicle drive, having a multiplicity of plate links (1, 19) which are connected to one another in an articulated manner via pressure pieces (3), wherein the pressure pieces extend transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the plate link chain and are arranged in openings (2) of the plate links (1, 19), and respective bearing faces (7, 8, 9, 10) of curved configuration are formed on the pressure pieces and the plate links, along which bearing faces (7, 8, 9, 10) the pressure pieces and plate links bear against one another for the transmission of force, and the bearing faces are formed on the upper (4) and lower (6) contact face region in the vertical direction of the pressure pieces between the pressure piece (3) and the plate link (1, 19) in a cross section which extends in the longitudinal direction of the plate link chain, wherein the opening (2) of the plate link is of inwardly curved configuration in the region between the bearing faces (8, 10).
